Complaints
I hope that all clients will be completely happy with the service I provide and am willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to ensure that this is the case. If, however, you have a complaint or are dissatisfied in any way, please let me know straight away and I will do my utmost to resolve the problem.
Formal complaints must be sent by email to complaints@am-mediation.co.uk within 6 months of the event giving rise to the complaint, giving full details of the complaint. The complaint will be acknowledged within 5 days of receipt and responded to within 21 days. On rare occasions further time may be required, in which case the complainant will be notified of this in writing.
If I am unable to resolve the complaint myself, you may refer the matter to the Civil Mediation Council (https://civilmediation.org/complaints/).
If the mediation has been arranged by one of the mediation provider organisations of which I am a member, they may have their own complaints procedure.
