AM Mediation offers commercial mediation for almost any type of dispute either remotely using online platforms, or face to face. With long experience helping established and start-up businesses in the technology and legal sectors, AM Mediation stands particularly ready to help settle your technology disputes. The result is to preserve valuable commercial relationships, minimise waste of management time and provide quick and, cost-effective resolutions.
Andrew’s overarching aim is to use his long experience, attuned listening skills and calm approach to take the heat out of the dispute and help the parties discover their common ground. This will usually lead to a solution that all parties can accept and over a long future. Andrew is based in the North Cotswolds and typically works in person, in the Midlands, Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and London. He also offers online video mediation.
Andrew is qualified to mediate civil and commercial disputes and is able very quickly to understand most technology, contractual and financial issues. Andrew does not offer family mediation e.g. for divorce settlements. Background knowledge of the specific industry and terminology in a dispute will often make the mediation process run even more smoothly and more efficiently. With that in mind, some of the areas in which Andrew has specialist knowledge are set out below.
